Dwell by Designed Living LLC was founded in 2018 by DaMar S. Janssen and leverages more than 25 years of real estate experience to deliver expert interior design, FF&E consulting and procurement, and comprehensive project coordination and management. What began as a helpful side service to her commercial mortgage clients — assisting them in structuring stronger loan packages with thoughtful FF&E recommendations and market comparables — gradually evolved into a deep passion for nearly every aspect of income property ownership, operations, and design.
